What if you understood your employees as well as retailers understand their customers?

Most workplace leaders don’t. While consumer brands track behaviour in real time, test every touchpoint and refine experiences continuously, employee experience is still being shaped by lagging surveys, blunt engagement scores and partial utilisation data.

This webinar explores how organisations can start treating employees as informed, discerning consumers of work. Drawing on AWA’s research and consulting practice, we examine how behavioural data, workplace analytics and experience insights can be brought together to reveal what traditional metrics miss.

In joining this 60-minute webinar you will:

  • Learn how to move beyond lagging engagement surveys by using behavioural and workplace data to understand how people actually experience work, not just how they report it after the fact.

  • Understand which data really matters for employee experience, productivity and cognitive wellbeing, and how to avoid being misled by blunt or over-simplified metrics.

  • See how consumer-grade insight techniques can be applied internally, helping you refine workplace and people strategies with the same rigour used in customer experience design.

  • Gain practical frameworks for asking better questions of your data, turning scattered analytics into clear, evidence-led decisions leaders can act on.

The focus is practical and applied. You will learn how to move beyond simplistic indicators, ask better questions of your data and use evidence to refine employee experience strategies that genuinely support productivity, cognitive wellbeing and long-term organisational performance.
