In an environment defined by ongoing disruption, resilience is no longer about recovery alone. It is about the ability to adapt, learn and perform under sustained pressure, without eroding trust, wellbeing or long-term capability.
This summit brings senior leaders together to explore what organisational resilience really looks like in practice. Grounded in neuroscience, organisational psychology and AWA’s applied research, the session will examine the structural, cultural and cognitive conditions that allow organisations to remain effective through uncertainty and change.
Through expert insight and facilitated discussion, the summit will focus on how leaders can move beyond short-term coping strategies to build resilient systems, teams and ways of working that support performance, adaptability and renewal over time.
