About the Index
You can now access the findings of the fourth edition of our Hybrid Working Index. The widely reported and industry-recognised Index tracks the development of hybrid working strategies and office attendance rates over time across the world.
This most recent report features data from 55 offices across the globe, representing a total population of 68,000 employees spanning 19 countries and 35 cities.
Among many other insights, the report reveals that on average offices are seeing 34% attendance, but a much higher average of desks in use (55%).
Each participating organisation completed a short questionnaire, detailing for each of their locations the hybrid policies they had implemented, the total number of employees and desks in each building, and the number of people using the office each day in a typical week.
This information has enabled us to create a detailed picture of hybrid working policy and office use across multiple sectors and geographies. The results are presented in this report.
