Calle is  an experienced associate with 10 years’ experience in workplace strategy and change.  Calle has worked closely with more than 40 leading organisations in Europe and the Nordics, spanning a variety of sectors including consumer brands, financial services, IT, the public sector, and the industrial and life sciences sectors.

A specialist in workplace visioning and discovery, concept development, change management and implementation, he is highly experienced at spearheading the program and project management of tenant relocations and fit-outs.

Calle has an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from Aalto University. He previously held a WELL AP credential and is a passionate promoter of health and wellbeing in the workplace. He is also a founder of IFMA’s Workplace Evolutionaries Hub in Finland.
