Kailash is a senior workplace strategy specialist with over 20 years’ experience delivering evidence-based workplace solutions across corporate, public sector, and professional services organisations. Her expertise spans workplace strategy, occupancy planning, utilisation analysis, interior design, agile and hybrid working models, space optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on employee experience, organisational culture, and future business requirements.

She holds a RICS-accredited Postgraduate Certificate in Property and Construction Management and has extensive experience working both client-side and as a consultant. Kailash has led complex, time-critical workplace transformation programmes, most recently delivering global space management and utilisation strategies for an international investment management firm across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

As a consultant, Kailash has delivered workplace strategy studies for NHS Trusts, providing data-led insight to support estate rationalisation, improved ways of working, and hybrid standardisation. Client-side at a Magic Circle law firm, she led workplace space management, established utilisation tracking and performance analysis, delivered feasibility studies, and managed various workplace projects from strategic briefing through to delivery.

Earlier in her career, Kailash worked within leading architectural practices and at the BBC, developing strong technical, design, and stakeholder management expertise. She is recognised for translating complex organisational requirements into clear, robust, and actionable workplace strategies.
