Louise is a purpose-driven Workplace Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in workplace strategy and consultancy. She combines empathy, insight and change management to create workplaces where people genuinely want to be.

Holding a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture from Brighton University, her background spans architectural practice, workplace strategy and change management. This gives her a strong foundation in both design and organisational transformation. Louise specialises in stakeholder engagement, workplace strategy, activity-based working and change management, delivering evidence-based solutions that create lasting value.

Louise has worked across consultancies and in-house roles, leading workplace strategy, design, stakeholder engagement, and activity-based working programmes for organisations of 100–1,000+ employees. Key projects include a 70,000 sq ft HQ for a Confidential FinTech, a relocation and change programme for Steamship Mutual Insurance, and a consolidation strategy for Conde Nast. She combines qualitative insight and quantitative analysis to deliver fit-for-purpose workspaces, including change management and post-occupancy evaluation.
