With over 35 years of Corporate Real Estate experience, Mel is a seasoned Workplace Change & Transformation consultant with a broad knowledge of property & workplace strategy and stakeholder engagement.  He’s worked with multiple large business and senior stakeholders across the globe.

Mel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Prince 2 practitioner and has a diploma in Building Surveying.

Mel has a strong track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, integrated workplace solutions. With solid experience across HR, Technology, and Design, Mel understands how to align workplace strategy with business needs.

Over the years, Mel has led large global workplace transformation projects for bp, NatWest/RBS, BT and Telereal Trillium across China, Singapore, Australia, Spain, Poland, Germany, the UK and the United States.
