Suchandra brings over three decades of expertise in Workplace Design, Strategy, and Planning across India and beyond. She integrates Corporate Wellness into her work, using her deep understanding of organisational dynamics to foster healthier, more resilient workplaces. She is also a dedicated coach and mentor, known for her creativity, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Suchandra has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a diploma in Interior Design, a certification in Sustainable Design, LEED GA (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design – Green Associate), a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and she is a certified IC member of PoSH. Suchandra lives in India and can speak English, Hindi & Bengali.

Suchandra has held senior roles across global firms, including HOK Design & Planning Services, IA Interior Architects, and C.P. Kukreja & Associates, where she gained expertise in workspace & portfolio planning, strategic design, change management, and sustainable practices. During her tenure with HOK, she has worked with key accounts – Nokia, Microsoft (erstwhile Nokia) and Morgan Stanley to support on workplace strategy and planning. Suchandra has also been a mentor in the UN volunteer programme.
