In a world of AI, what is the future of work and place? We think it starts with the brain…
Join us on the morning of 16th April in London to work out the answer.
Today’s workplace just isn’t working. The evidence:
- 10% of UK workers are engaged, costing £293bn a year.
- 56% say their office is too loud.
- 87% report stress or burnout.
- 91% experienced high or extreme work pressure in the past year. 35% are satisfied with noise levels, 41% with temperature, and 33% with visual privacy.
- Fewer than 1 in 3 believe their workplace supports their productivity.
- 66% would quit over a full-time mandate.
- Two-thirds resort to DIY fixes because their office does not work as designed.
- Yet 71% would come in more for the right experience. The office is not dead, but it is spluttering.
Hyper-intense knowledge work and the impact of AI
AI is changing the nature of work and the shape of organisations. Work will become more knowledge-intensive and demand greater focus on both the individual and collective brain.
Can A-game performance be sustained by today’s spluttering workplaces? It is an open question, and one we want to answer.
