Hybrid working is here to stay — but for many organisations, it has created new challenges. From offices designed for five-day occupancy now sitting half-empty, to the struggle of keeping culture, collaboration and engagement alive when teams are apart, leaders are grappling with how to make hybrid truly work. This interactive webinar will explore the most pressing hybrid headaches and share practical solutions to ease them.

Hosted by AWA’s Izabel Barros and Brad Taylor, with expert insight from Sue Warman (Chief People Officer, AICPA & CIMA) and Adam Hoy (Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace, PepsiCo), the session is designed for senior HR leaders, workplace strategists, and business decision-makers navigating the realities of hybrid working. Taking place online on 22 October 2025, the event invites you to contribute live via Menti polls and word clouds, shaping the discussion around the challenges that matter most to you.

By joining this one-hour session, you’ll gain access to fresh perspectives from leaders in people, culture, and workplace strategy, as well as the opportunity to benchmark your organisation’s challenges against those of your peers. After the session, you’ll receive a concise post-event report capturing the top challenges identified, the panel’s responses, and actionable steps to take forward. This isn’t just another webinar — it’s your chance to learn, share, and walk away with practical tools to make hybrid work better.
