Alan Williams - Speaker

Alan Williams’ personal values are Creation, Excellence, Adaptability, Kindness and Enjoyment.  Alan helps progressive leaders of service sector organizations, internationally and in the UK to deliver values-driven service for sustained performance.  With more than 20 years’ experience leading diverse teams in demanding customer service environments, Alan has a track record of success in using deep operational experience to turn creative thinking into sustainable, practical reality.  Projects in the Corporate Real Estate sector amongst others have been recognised with industry awards.

He is a four times published author (with three books in the making) and creator of a diverse variety of commercial and pro bono values-led initiatives: the 31Practices approach, the ValuesJam card game, development programmes in the areas of customer experience, kindness and AI, and the Voices of Tomorrow creative arts project to give youth a voice.  Current projects include a virtual reality start-up THE 4TH DIMENSION with an ambition to democratize cultural experiences, the k20 kindness initiative creating a conducive environment for the global kindness community, and an AI development programme AIMPOWER to equip and enable organizations to maximize the power of AI.
