Joshua Sumner is the consulting methods lead workplace strategist at AWA. He is an experienced strategist and change management consultant, with expertise in the delivery of organisational change and the management of workplace environments.

Joshua regularly takes the lead on projects, advising clients on how they can transform their space and culture with innovative and impactful change strategies. His practical solutions help organisations to create an exceptional future workplace experience that benefits both the individuals that work there and the business as a whole.

Joshua has worked with numerous regional, national and international businesses including ASOS, Wickes, Principality and the Central England Co-op.

He has a BA (Hons) in philosophy from the University of Nottingham and a graduate diploma in law from BPP University.
